We have unisex bathrooms here, too. We use them regularly at Starbucks. We let our children use them, too. I know the United States isn't quite as advanced as Amsterdam yet. Actually Clarise I have agreed with some of your points on this thread and quite what legalizing prostitution (which takes place in designated areas btw) or allowing the kids to have their ecstasy tablet tested before they use it, has to do with the trangendered public convenience issue is beyond me!

Is it fair to allow a biological male teenage boy that thinks he's a girl play on girls sports teams? Boy are biologically bigger, stronger, and faster. It seems to me that the team with the biologically male player/players would have an unfair advantage. There is a legitimate reason that sports teams are segregated. Not only is it not fair to force a girl to use the bathroom/shower with a biological male, it is also unfair to make them compete against a biological male in sports. Boys and girls are different biologically. Nothing will ever change that. The liberal view of sexual identity is absurd. Nobody can change the way they were born. Biology and DNA are an unchangeable truth.

They can rule whatever they'd like. They are not an official medical organization. They're a conservative group who's use of science is highly skewed and influenced by politics. Hence them 'ruling' against things like abortion, homosexuality, and other things those on the right are so afraid of for some reason.
