I live in Texas. GUN OWNERS like to fire their weapons on New Years. It's not a race thing. Trust me. The thing is, people forget, what goes up, must come down. Even though a bullet goes out of a gun with more force, when it comes back down its terminal velocity is about 200 mph. That was enough to break out my rear window one year (Happy Fucking New Year, here's your bill) and it was fast enough to pierce the soft tissue of a little girl's shoulder and severed an artery. She bled to death before they could get her to the ER. A freak accident yes, but it happened. And I remember my parent's used to let us go out and bang pots and pans at midnight. Don't be outside and if you can park your car in a garage or under a shelter, do so. Bring your pets in too. Just till the noise stops.

 

That's fucked up. Maybe there should be stricter gun laws in Texas and other states for that reason. If people want the privilege of owning a weapon, responsibility must come with it.

Oh it's definitely against the law, but it's hard to catch them. Now if you live in an area that's close to gang territory, you can hear them firing their automatic weapons! We used to live in an area close to Chinatown in Houston, and we would hear the gunfire on Chinese New Year too. It's definitely not just a black thing.

 

Hopefully all your local blacks will fire on your house this year.

So it happened again. I was standing in a line waiting to go through security to get in a building and 2 black guys start all the crude comments. I don't laugh, I ask them to stop and I even get rude back but why is it they get away with it? I was surrounded by whites and nobody said anything. No white guy was willng to stand up and tell these guys to back off. They were the only 2 blacks so it wasn't even a numbers thing. Are we that low as a race now that we let our women get verbally abused by other races and lower our heads instead of saying shut the hell up?
